FRA responds

The blast of Train Horns in the middle of the night are not a given.  This website was created to shed light on what a Quiet Zone Project really is.  This website was created by San Diego  residents independent of the FRA, BNSF, CCDC, or any other government entity to provide Downtown residents with comprehensive information, web links & contacts to achieve a better quality of life in our terrific city.
