Non-Agenda Comment: Members of the public may address the Agency on items of interest within the Agency’s jurisdiction that have not previously been before the Agency. Comments relating to items on today’s agenda are to be taken at the time the item is heard.

Adoption
1. Design Review & 2nd Amendment to Agreement with BDS Engineering for The Downtown San Diego Quiet Zone-Area Wide (Districts 2 and 8).
(RA 2005-151) Subitem A. Approve the design of the Downtown San Diego Quiet Zone.
Subitem B. Authorize the 2nd Amendment to Agreement with BDS Engineering for design and construction management services for Downtown San Diego Quiet Zone in the amount of $350,214. The maximum compensation will not exceed $574,600.
